Job Description:

As a Client Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in setting the tone for their experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism (both in person and over the phone)
• Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flow
• Accurately checking in and out patients, processing payments, and handling client inquiries
• Taking messages and routing them to the appropriate department or team member
• Providing compassionate communication and support during both routine and emergency visits
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records
• Assisting the veterinary team with clerical and administrative duties
• Educating clients about basic pet care, services, and promotions

Experience Preferred:

While we are happy to train the right candidate, the following experience is a plus:

• Previous customer service or front desk experience (veterinary experience preferred)
• Familiarity with veterinary software systems
• Comfort working with animals and discussing pet health with clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
